Privacy policy
This explains what Noviqa Technologies collects when you contact us, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
Noviqa Technologies (“Noviqa”, “we”) builds custom software and process automation for businesses. We are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and we are the data fiduciary for the information described here.
For anything in this policy, write to info@noviqa.io or call +91 99959 74406.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us deliberately. There is no account to create and nothing to opt out of.
- The enquiry form on this site. Your name, email address and phone number, and — if you choose to fill them in — your company, the area you want help with, and your message.
- LinkedIn lead forms. If you submit one of our forms inside LinkedIn, LinkedIn passes us the name, email address, phone number, company and job title held on your profile, along with your answers to the questions we asked. What LinkedIn itself does with that data is governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy, not this one.
- Anything you send us directly. Email, WhatsApp messages and call notes, kept so we can pick up where we left off.
- Technical records. Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, page requested and browser string. Separately, when you submit the enquiry form we hold your IP address in memory for ten minutes to stop the same address flooding the form. It is not written to disk and it is never linked to your enquiry.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party scripts of any kind. We do not track you across other websites, we do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to a data broker because we do not collect it. That is a deliberate choice, and you can verify it with your browser’s developer tools.
We also never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it to train anyone’s machine learning models.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to carry out a process audit you asked for, to quote and deliver work, and to keep records of what was agreed. If you asked us to contact you, that is the basis on which we do so. If you separately ticked a box asking for occasional emails about automating operations, we treat that as a separate consent and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers who make the service work, and only to the extent they must:
- Hostinger — hosts this website and our email, so enquiries pass through and are stored on their infrastructure.
- LinkedIn — only where the enquiry originated from a LinkedIn lead form.
We will also disclose information where a law or a court order requires it. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for up to twenty-four months after our last contact, then deleted. Where we go on to do work for you, we keep what is needed for the contract and for tax and accounting records, for as long as Indian law requires. Leads submitted through LinkedIn are additionally deleted from LinkedIn’s own system after ninety days. Server access logs are kept for a short period and then rotated away.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, withdraw a consent you gave us, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance if you are not satisfied with how we responded.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you additionally have the rights the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you, including restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Write to info@noviqa.io and we will respond within thirty days. We do not charge for this, and we will not ask you why.
Where your information goes
We are in India and our suppliers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside your country. We only use suppliers who commit to protecting it to a comparable standard.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the mailbox and servers is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication, and the application runs under an unprivileged account. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
This is a business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will contact you about it rather than relying on you noticing.
